To ensure that we can accommodate all our clients and maintain our high-quality service standards, we have implemented a 24-hour cancellation policy. Due to an increase of no shows, we now require a credit card to hold your appointment. Policy Overview: Your credit card will only be charged if you cancel your appointment less than 24 hours before the scheduled time or if you do not show up for your appointment without prior communication. Cancellation Procedure: If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please do so at least 24 hours before your scheduled time. You can cancel your appointment online, by calling us at 825-258-5258 or sending an email to info@justbemassageandmore.com. If you need to cancel within 24 hours of your appointment, please contact us as soon as possible. No-Show Policy: If you fail to show up for your appointment without any prior communication, your credit card will be charged the full amount of the scheduled service. Late Cancellation Policy: If you cancel your appointment within 24 hours of the scheduled time, your credit card will be charged a fee equivalent to 50% of the scheduled service cost. We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise, and we will always strive to be flexible and accommodating. However, our cancellation policy is in place to ensure that we can continue to provide the best service to all our clients.
